How can I purchase an item?  
You can purchase all items on this website. If you prefer, you can make your purchase directly at the IRCAD reception desk.  

The item I want is no longer in stock, what can I do?  
We are sorry that the item you wish to purchase is no longer in stock. We advise you to come back on the website next time you visit IRCAD and check if it is available. 

What are the different payment methods?  
You can pay online by credit card, or pay in cash when you pick up your item at the IRCAD reception desk. The choice of payment method is made online when you place your order.  

Can I pay for an item directly at IRCAD?  
It is possible to place an order online and then pay at the IRCAD reception directly in cash. Alternatively, it is also possible to place an order directly at the IRCAD reception desk.  

How do I use my coupon code?  
If you have a coupon code, you can use it when paying on the website. Enter your coupon code in the « Have a coupon? Click here to enter your coupon code » section. 

My coupon code doesn’t work, what should I do?
If your coupon code does not work, contact us directly using the form (link to the contact us page).  

Can I have a discount on an item?
Discounts or coupon codes can be applied to certain items. If it is the case, they are indicated directly on the site.  

How can I get a receipt?
When you make a purchase, a receipt will be sent to you by email. Contact us if you need more information or if you haven’t received it. 

Can I get a refund for my product?
You can exchange products purchased on https://shop.ircad.fr or get a refund within 5 days after your purchase. The exchange and refund will only be possible if the product has not been damaged or worn.
